13 year old Charlie (male) went missing in the East Brunswick region (VIC) at around 7.30am on 4/2/10. He is dearly missed and we would love him back soon. He is brown but going white around the eyes and mouth. He has diabetes and needs regular doses of insulin. He also has cataracts in his eyes and is therefore blind and his hearing is also impaired.
